Boston Acoustics TVee Model 30 For the first time ever in 2011, long-time audiophile favorite Boston Acoustics has finally reached over to the dark side and added virtual surround decoding and an optical digital audio input to their latest and greatest TVee Series soundbar with wireless subwoofer packages. (Previous TVee models featured just stereo sound and an analog RCA input.) That means especially when watching TV and movies and playing video games, you will be enveloped in richer, more room-filling Dolby Digital virtual surround sound audio instead of "merely" better quality stereo sound.
Bluetooth-enabled for music streaming, the $600 Boston Acoustics TVee Model 30 system includes a 38+ inch long soundbar with integrated keyhole wall mounts that packs three 3½ inch Fiber Ceramic Copolymer Material (FCCM) mid-bass drivers and three ¾ inch dome tweeters.
Last, but not least, all of the low frequency effects are handled nicely by the included "wireless" 7 inch FCCM powered subwoofer that can be placed either vertically or horizontally for maximum bass. |
